P. Gnana is a leading contemporary artist from Singapore, recognized for his multifaceted work spanning paintings, sculptures, and conceptual installations. Since 2007, Gnana has been obsessed with the cow, which has become a recurring and powerful symbol in his art. His creative process is characterized by a spirit of constant experimentation and a fascination with collage, which he applies to both his paintings and sculptures. Gnana has a unique ability to transform mundane objects into awe-inspiring expressions, often recycling industrial materials and merging them with conventional media like bronze and canvas.
