Shipping & Returns

Taxes and Interntational Duties: 

1. The above costs do not include taxes and custom duties. Indian customers will be able to view taxes being applied,  while making purchase. 
2. However, any international shipping and custom taxes, duties shall be borne by client completely. 

Delivery Timelines:

1. Within India: Within 10 days of order receipt and confirmation approximately 
2. International Shipping: Within 15-20 days for international shipping depending on destination. Please note there might be unprecedented and slight delay from your country's customs

Packaging and Shipping Costs

1. All artworks will be shipped in rolled format with safe packaging, unless stated otherwise.
2. Arworks requiring special packaging: Some artworks like framed and artworks, Mix media works and sculptures cannot be shipped rolled and require extra packaging like wooden box packaging to ensure it reached you . The shipping cost will be borne by clients in case of such packaging. 
3. Artazzle team will share special packaging cost as per actuals upon enquiry; cost varies based on factors like destination and weight. 

Artazzle Return Policy

Placing an order with Artazzle signifies an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded or cancelled by Artazzle due to unprecedented circumstances, such acceptance establishes a binding and enforceable contract of sale.Returns are only acceptable in case of any damage.

At Artazzle, we ensure the delivery of orders in impeccable condition to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  We ensure all artworks shipped are same as finalized; minor variance in colours is expected due to lighting changes. 

However, in the highly unlikely event that you discover your order to be damaged or the wrong product, we extend our full cooperation and support to address the issue. If the artwork received is damaged, please follow the steps mentioned below to initiate a return:

1. Immediate Notification: Please contact Artazzle immediately upon receiving any damaged or wrong products. It is essential to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product in such cases. Any Artazzle representative will get in touch with you in 48 hours and coordinate for next steps.
2. Mandatory Proof of Damage: We encourage our customers to take a clear video when the ‘original shipment’ from Artazzle is being opened and checked. If there is any damage, kindly take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. Email these photos to artazzleonline@gmail.com with the order number in the subject line.
3. Pack the Artwork back in Original Packaging: Pack it carefully in the original packaging. This is essential to ensure the artwork reaches us back safely. We will ensure your artwork is picked up from the same address within 3-4 days. 
4. Artazzle Response: Artazzle tea will closely inspect artworks and work with clients closely to ensure the best possible solution including repair, exchange or refund. 
5. Refunds: Artazzle.com will process your return and send you a mail regarding the same. The owed amount will be refunded to your original payment source (excluding shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 15 business days of receiving your merchandise return.
