Sanjay Tikkal is a Pune based artist known for his abstract landscapes.
Born in 1981, in a small town in Maharastra, Sanjay pursued G.D. Art and Drawing Painting from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, where he graduated first class and 5th rank in Maharastra.
As Sanjay embarked on his journey, he won many awards in art starting from 2002. His work has been exhibited at many group shows at prestigious locations and Sanjay has led over 10 solo shows.
Sanjay's art journey began with a fascination for nature, ramblings in the countryside followed by attempts to capture it with sketches. The artist continues on a journey of evolution in his work as he makes an honest attempt to capture nature in its changing seasons.
