Pramod Gade Reddy: Ksheera Sagara Mathanam Kamadhenu" Aluminium Sculpture

Immerse your space in cosmic divinity with Ksheera Sagara Mathanam Kamadhenu, a masterwork of contemporary devotional art by the internationally acclaimed muralist, Pramod Gade Reddy. Standing at an impressive mid-size height of approximately 2 feet, this exquisite soft blue aluminium sculpture beautifully reimagines the legendary churning of the milk ocean, capturing the exact moment the sacred, wish-fulfilling Kamadhenu emerged into reality.

A Three-Dimensional Canvas of Creation: The 14 Sacred Elements

Reddy utilizes the sculptural form of Kamadhenu as a complex canvas, hand-painting the 14 divine elements (Ratnas) born from the ocean churning. The body of the sculpture is rendered in a deeply textured palette of acrylic teal and soft blue, decorated entirely in an intricate, traditional Indian mural drawing style.

  • The Wings of Divinity: Look closely at the sweeping wings of Kamadhenu—one wing gracefully bears the elegant form of Goddess Maha Lakshmi (the goddess of wealth, who also arose from the ocean), while the opposing wing unveils the meditative, divine countenance of Lord Shiva.

  • The Cosmic Narrative: Meticulously detailed across the torso are the other mythic treasures of the churning: Lord Vishnu, the primordial Tree of Life, the sacred Shankha (conch shell), the celestial seven-winged horse (Uchaihshravas), divine elephants, and the sacred bow of Brahma.

Radiant Gold Accents & Masterful Metallic Craft

The sculpture is elevated by striking, strategically placed gold leaf accents. Pramod Reddy masterfully applies these rich gold touches to pull forward the finest details of the piece—illuminating Kamadhenu’s serene facial features and making the intricate, native traditional Indian temple jewelry adorning her body catch the light from any angle in a room.

A Sacred Statement Piece for Luxury Interiors

Cast in premium aluminium and hand-painted with fine art acrylics, this mid-size sculpture offers a flawless modern structure anchored by ancient spiritual resonance.

  • Placement Inspiration: Due to its profound iconography of abundance and manifestation, this 2-foot sculpture serves as an ideal, Vastu-auspicious anchor for high-end home altars, premium living rooms, or executive workspaces.

Collector's Guarantee: This original, mixed-media aluminium sculpture is 100% authentic, hand-signed by Pramod Gade Reddy, and accompanied by a gallery-verified Certificate of Authenticity. Delivered worldwide via secure, fully insured art courier networks.

Born in 1970 in Thoompally and currently residing in Hyderabad, Pramod Gade Reddy is a talented artist with a rich educational background in the field of fine arts. In 1994, Pramod successfully completed his B.F.A. in Painting from J.N.T.U. College of Fine Arts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Building upon his passion and skills, he pursued further education and attained an M.F.A. in Mural Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts at M.S. University in Baroda, Gujarat, India, in 1997. With a strong foundation and specialised training, he embarked on a creative journey that continues to evolve and inspire.

Influenced deeply by Hindu Mythology and the captivating narratives it holds, this artist has crafted a distinctive style rooted in his master’s degree studies. His approach involves intricate layering, symbolically mirroring the episodes within the myths. Transparent layers subtly unveil the essence of these events, harmoniously intertwining with text and imagery, a pivotal aspect of his creations. Notably, his artworks feature text in Telugu, specifically divine Veda mantras chanted during worship. The vibrant traditional hues employed in his pieces mirror the essence of mythological representations in Indian art. Within the lines of his artwork, he finds the strength to express his profound emotions and artistic aesthetics, creating a unique and engaging visual narrative.
